Full Conference Sked at MakeUp In New York

The upcoming MakeUp in New York show will feature eleven conferences, on September 25th and 26th, 2013. The conferences will cover a range of topics, including trends, design innovations, global market strategies, popular cosmetic categories, and brand development.

Here are a few highlights:

On Wednesday, September 25th, Florence Bernardin, director, Information & Inspiration, will present: What’s New From Asia?

At 4:30, The Evolution of Beauty and Femininity will be presented by Leila Rochet-Podvin, director, cosmetics Inspiration & Creation. Rochet-Podvin will explore what makes the American vision of beauty so specific, and highlight key trends.

On Thursday, September 26th, two “flagship products” of the makeup sector will be discussed – Nail Polish and Mascara, presented by Eric Wimmer, consultant. Speakers include Thomas Vichich,marketing & development director, DuPont Filaments; Pilar Gonzalez, vice president marketing, Geka Group; and Renato Ancorotti, president, Ancorotti Cosmetics.
